Our family pub is a free house owned by Darren and Charlotte Curtis. It offers a warm friendly atmosphere to enjoy a relaxing drink and home cooked food. Dating back to the 1700’s the traditional pub offers a great atmosphere indoors with quarry tiled floor, inglenook fireplaces and beams. Outside the beer garden continues the traditional feel overlooking the village green and windmill.
We serve traditional home cooked food from sandwiches, snacks, lunches and evening meals. All produce sourced locally specialising in homemade short crust pastry pies, char grilled steaks, hand cut chips and many more traditional favourites. All meat is locally sourced from Parrott’s Butchers Whitchurch.
